1. Shipping Destinations

Stemsellers currently ships to all countries within the European Union. At this time, we do not ship to the UK, USA, or other countries outside the EU.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

We use weight-based shipping rates to ensure your items are handled with the appropriate care.

Domestic (Ireland):

• Standard (0kg – 8kg): €20.00

• Size+ (8kg – 37kg): €50.00

• Over Size (37kg and up): €75.00

European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 24 more):

• Flat Rate (0kg – 5kg): €30.00

• Flat Rate (5kg and up): €50.00

3. Delivery Timeline (Handling + Transit)

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday.

• Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days across the EU.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable European carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and An Post. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties, and VAT

• No Customs Fees: Since we ship from within the European Union to EU destinations, you will not be charged customs duties.

• VAT: All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact info@stemsellers.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
