As a consumer purchasing online within the European Union and Ireland, you have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the cooling-off period). Once notified, you have a further $16$ days to return the physical goods (representing our standard $30$-day return policy window).

Outside of this statutory window, all purchases, returns, or exchanges are subject solely to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

All consumer prices displayed on the Services are presented in Euros (€) and are fully inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in compliance with Irish and European Union consumer protection laws.
